hi, i already posted this topic in another jasper report discussion but i think i can find more solution and suggestion in this forum so my probleme is: i would like to know where can i find the source code of the calendar " date" to be able to modify the format of the date. the actualy format of date is "mm-dd-yyyy", but i want to have this format "yyyy-mm-dd". so where can i find the code source to change it. in the other forums i haved this suggestions : hi zakaria2105, You need to set the appropriate pattern of the date field. I tried to specify the pattern at the level of " datatype " but the pattern just displays when I specifie the type(chap) text otherwise for the type(chap) dates and to numer and dates time the pattern compartment does not appear. so i cant set the appropiate pattern of the date field :/
