Hi, I'm new to iReport. I have a MySQL database containing a datadump form a proprietary database called Infusionsoft. I have created a Contact Notes Report showing the Contaact details and their respective notes. The Notes field is a BLOB data type in the MySQL database and is shown as a java.lang.object data type in iReport. The data in this field is text - there are no graphics or the like in these field values. Is there an easy that iReport can convert these BLOB values to viewable text? Will I be able to perform a query that searches for text values within this field if the above step is possible? Thank you
