I tried to export a report in text format. But I have no idea to export in a fixed length text. How do I control to export text in specific row and column? The output is read by another program. Thanks. Bob

I generated a 300 pages report in docx format with Jasper 3.6. But it takes me 10 minutes to open it with MS Word 2007 or MS Word 2003 plus converter. Is it a true docx document? I also tried to generate the same report in rtf format but it took 10 minutes to open it in MS Word. It looks like the only way for me to generate and open a large report is pdf format. Thanks. Bob
