Thanks for the update - I can now generate a sample bubble :) Although I still need to modify the bubble chart to be able to use a date x-axis instead of numeric. Is anyone aware of how to do this? I am relatively new to this and any help at all would be greatly appreciated

I want to construct a bubble chart for a list of measurements by date - with the following features x-axis date y-axis size the bubble is volume for each date there'll be a number of bubbles of different size and color My datasource fields are setup & I am trying to map these parameters to the bubble chart series + 'XYZ series' 1. The X axis seems to accept numbers only, but I need a date - is this possible? 2. Series expression, what does this parameter map to in my case? ( I assume volume but is unsure ascannot preview due to 1)) 3. Can each bubble have label positioned just next to it? 3 I don't think I need a Z value (it is not required) but the dialogs gives an error Y value must have a value unless I provide a value! (Y already has a value), what is Z for anyway? Appreciate any help or pointers to some chart/bubble samples for clarification Cheers Peter
