Nopes <labelExpression>null</labelExpression> did not work. It shows "Series1"

I am trying to create on "table" in a jasper report and fill this table with JavaBeanCollection. But the table is generated with the null values. here is my jrxml - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Tn48rY204_GVTd2JQi8QGCvckFxTRgzml0ScaP_PTTs can any one suggest what is wrong with my jrxml or suggest some good examplous jrxml to have a table componenet in one jasper report.

Hi, I am using JasperStudio 6.3.1 , created on reprot "employeeDetails" with a table in it and for filling the table I created on datasoruce "employeeJdbcDataSet". When I preview this report in jasperStudio it generates the report and fills the table well with the "employeeJdbcDataSet". When I publish this "employeeDetails" report to JasperServer, this same report generates an empty report on JasperServer. Does that mean I have to create the same dataset "employeeJdbcDataSet" on JasperServer also ? Does this "employeeJdbcDataSet" not get exported tot jasperserver when I publish the report "employeeDetails" ? Many Thanks.
