Hi, I am using the windows installer for jasperserver3.1. i am installing this to a server ddfjktd21 where there is an instance of tomcat on port 8081 and instance of MySQL on port 3306 already running. while installing, i gave the option to use these instances. after installing, i ran the allctl batch file. a DOS window popped up and closed. when running http://ddfjktd21:8081/jasperserver, i get the following message the requested resouce is not available. when i searched the log files, i found among many things, these two relevant lines Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver' Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver can anyone please tell me where i am going wrong? biju
