Hello, I have installed Jasper server in my machine. Actually already i have Apache tomcat 6.0 and MYSQL 5.1. The Installation process went smooth and the database has been created in the MYSQL which i have installed and the Deployment folder jasperserver-pro has been placed in the Tomcat's WEBAPPS successfully. But whenever i try to login to the application with the given user ID's and passwords am getting abn error message seying that Invalid credentials supplied. Could not login to JasperServer. Following is the error message i got in the log file present in the WEB-INFlogs directory. 11:57:34,737 WARN LoggerListener,http-8080-1:55 - Authentication event AuthenticationFailureLockedEvent: jasperadmin; details: org.acegisecurity.ui.WebAuthenticationDetails@255f8: RemoteIpAddress: 127.0.0.1; SessionId: 32996FE4593282CD73E72221FA03BDE2; exception: User account is locked Please Help me to resolve this issue.
