Hi I resolved. I change the encoding="UTF-8" to encoding="ISO-8859-1" and now is working. But any changes to report restart the encoding to UTF-8

Hi I have equal problem and tried add the lines to jrxml, but the problem persist. All my files in 3.1.2 have this problem.
