dear sir this is an excel printscreen of the problem that am facing... if u notice , am having blank rows (between 2 data rows , 2 blank unused rows)..... thanks regards, rudy

dear sir, the "remove when balnk" didn't work..(right click on all fields , remove line when blank under the common task bar...) any help please... Best regards rudy
