Hi, I am also facing the same type of issue ie i have to display 3 tables of records in report one by one but the second and third tables data is over lapping with first table. I used 3 sub reports to display 3 tables of records with dummy groups in sub xml files what Teodor suggested but still not solved my problem the requirement i posted with subject "Over riding data " with design attachment i am expecting u r help as soon as possible thanks Jyothi Prakash

HI, My requirement is as follows Main Title 1st table columns as Title 1 column1 column2 column3 column4 column5 column6 Rec 1 Rec 2 Rec 3 Rec 4 2nd table columns as Title 2 column1 column2 column3 column4 column5 Rec 1 Rec 2 Rec 3 Rec 4 3rd table column as Title 3 column1 column2 column3 column4 Rec 1 Rec 2 Rec 3 Rec 4 I attached the exact design of my requirement in xls format i used to design it through sub reports , i want to show 1st table data and after completing of 1st table records 2nd table records like that, but the 2nd table data over rides on 1st table so i need to solve it immediately please cooperate. thanks jyothi prakash
