  1. Hello, I have a report with a table in detail band, and a dataset which filters by a parameter. What I intend is to print one table for each row in the main report dataset, yet once the first table is printed, the detail rendering stops! This includes a second detail with a list. If I remove the table, the title which is just before it and a decorative line just below the table, get printed for all rows as expected. Footer seems not affected by this behavior. Thanks in advance.
  2. Hello, I have a problem that maybe is easy to solve... I have a report which is composed of a header with some info and a variable numer of parts, which in turn are composed of several lines (for the sake of simplicity, let's assume there is just a single field). I thought to divide this into a master report with the header, and a subreport in the detail band, so that, if there are data to print two or three parts, they get generated using the subreport. The problem is that the data should come in the form of a custom datasource and I don't know if there is any way of passing to a subreport some subset of the datasource... or if I should generate severas DSs and pass them to each subreport as attributes... sadly, this will force me to have a fixed number of parts... Thanks in advance!
  3. Hello, In my current project I have added several fonts to iReport and generated a JAR out of them. If I add this JAR on our app and test it in our system it works like a charm. However on the clients' system, I get a 'font XX is not available to JVM' suggesting that JasperReports is ignoring the font extension JAR and going straight to the JVM or System fonts. Any idea why is this happening? Both systems are Unix flavors, ours Linux. No Windows involved. Thanks in advance!
