I saw jasperserver use log4j for write log. So I edit this file /<path-tomcat>/webapps/jasperserver/WEB-INF/log4j.properties I add this code. log4j.rootLogger=INFO, SYSLOGlog4j.appender.SYSLOG=org.apache.log4j.net.SyslogAppenderlog4j.appender.SYSLOG.syslogHost=127.0.0.1log4j.appender.SYSLOG.layout=org.apache.log4j.PatternLayoutlog4j.appender.SYSLOG.layout.conversionPattern=%d{ISO8601} %-5p [%t] %c{2} %x - %m%nlog4j.appender.SYSLOG.Facility=LOCAL1I want jasper write log to syslog too.In /etc/syslog.conf. I add this code. local1.* /var/log/catalina.log But when I start tomcat I got notthig in /var/log/catalina.log. I saw in /<path-tomcat>/webapps/jasperserver/WEB-INF/logs/jasperserver.log I found log in there. I don't know what 's wrong. Please let me know. Thank you for reply. First time I set Standards and formats in Regional and Language to Thai and I created TextField for show Thai font - When I run this ireport ,TextField can show in Thai. But I change Standards and formats to English(united state) and run report again - text field show '???' for Thai Font In static field not found this problem I put this report to jasperserver the result of textfield still be ??? in server I set Standards and formats to English(united state) too I used ireport version 3.7.0 on windows I don't know how I do for solve this Please let me know,Thank you for reply. I created report and test it in ireport. And I export this report in to pdf file from ireport,everything it's work. So I send this report to jasperserver and I try to export my report to pdf but I got error like this... net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Could not load the following font : pdfFontName : tahoma.ttfpdfEncoding : Identity-HisPdfEmbedded : true I don't know how it can't find tahoma font and how I do for solve it.I used jasperserver 3.0Thank for answer me. I want to print report from web browser without export to any type. I don't want to print by web browser option(File->Print) because if I do this way I got jasper header. so how I do for get print botton on report in web browser or how I do for print it. Thank you for answer
