Actually I am trying to create a report from the XML file as the data source. I have my xml file. What are the steps to create the report from the XML file in iReport?

Hi, I have just installed the iReport by extracting the archive. I am using Windows XP machine. When I run the "startup.bat" of the iReport I got following error.
