Hi thanks for the reply, on setting the property WhenNoData to All Sections, No details. The problem is getting solved partially, but still i am struggling to display the message "No Records Found"... any suggestions?

Hi, I am using jasper report for my project. The problem which i am facing is as follows. when i run the report, if no data is retrieved for the query, i see a blank pdf. Is it possible to show an appropriate message saying "No records found" in the pdf instead of an empty pdf. Regards, Ritesh
