  1. I have seen problems similar to ours but none exact... what is happening is we have a report that has different sections. Text is put into these sections like any normal report. If the text contains any tabs, the last line (or more) is truncated. It prints and previews fine in the JasperViewer. However once converted to PDF, if the tabs are there, we lose at least one line at the end. Remove the tab and it renders fine. We are using Jasper Reports 4.5.1 using SansSerif (which is defined in iReports under Options -> Fonts) Thanks in advance.
  2. I've got the exact same problem. The reports are very simple - just straight detail reports - no groupings, subreports etc. Preview looks fine in the JasperViewer but when they send it to the printer - they get a few detail lines then blank. If they output to .pdf it looks great (and if they print that .pdf it's fine). I originally thought maybe margins and I'm using 0.5" margins all around - one would think most printers can handle this. I cannot for the life of me reproduce the problem here...
