When I use IReport with Java 1.6, the file chooser has in the detail mode wrong column names. This is a known Java bug. I just thought that anybody who has a vote to space could vote for this bug so that it would get fixed ASAP. Is there a way to avoid column headers coming to end of a page when no details fit in the same page? I've created a report that looks OK otherwise except sometimes there's a column header at the end of a page and no details. The header is repeated on the next page with the details. The orphan column header looks silly and it has no value. Regards, Pasi

Thanks. I tried this, but ran into problems with unresolved type. I set the classpath correctly (I assume), but that didn't help. I'm able to compile and run the files from my java application, so I don't know what the problem is. In the future the Eclipse integration could be improved so that it'd take the classpath from Eclipse. Regards, Pasi

The IReport can be run as an Eclipse plugin. Is there a way to configure it so that it would compile the modified .jrxml files to .jasper files in the output directory? Regards, Pasi
