Hello, sorry for the urgent in the topic and xposting on iReport board too. but its really urgent and i have no idea. i have a report with an included subreport. everything works fine if the report is started from iReport. both reports are filled. but if if call the report from my application only the main report is filled. the sub report is not displayed. console is showing this warning: 14.12.2006 18:02:38 net.sf.jasperreports.engine.query.JRXPathQueryExecuter <init> WARNUNG: The supplied org.w3c.dom.Document object is null. i suppose the data isn't passed to th subreport. but what am i missing because it works in iReport. Background i'using an XML datasource. jasperreport is called from within an ruby on rails app. hope for some help. regards Daniel
