I experienced the same error with JasperServer 2.0 when we had to roll back a server upgrade. you'll find the root cause is java.net.UnknownHostException: - java.net.InetAddress.getLocalHost(InetAddress.java:1308) edit hosts file, make sure localhost resolves correctly.
