Good suggestion, but I did that and it looks like it just uses the java api to build up the xml document under the hood, but never actually exposes it. So it's back to the drawing board. Next suggestion please :)

Am I alone in wanting to do this or has anyone else struggled with this and maybe found a solution?

I am using a program that supports submission of XML documents so it's not Java, PHP, etc. It's something like SOAPUI. Does anyonew have an example of this? Thanks
