Issue Description
A jrxml which uses a scriptlet is failing to execute in TIBCO Jaspersoft^® Studio 7.3.1. The error is:
cannot be resolved to a type, like:
Resolution
This typically means the scriplet class has not been added to the Studio classpath (Project > Properties > Java Build Path> Libraries). But there is a defect in which the classpath is being ignored with regard to scriplet classes. This defect only occurs in 7.3.1, you can upgrade to Studio 7.5.0 to bypass it

Downgrading to Studio CE 6.16.0 fixed it for me. (See my comment on https://community.jaspersoft.com/questions/1064811/hello-world-scriptlet-exampleerror-cannot-be-resolved-type)
