Issue:
When the desktop screen resolution is set to a high resolution (1920x1440 or higher) and logging into JasperReports Server with the browser in Full Screen (maximize) view, the Library page does not show the vertical scroll bar. Without the scrollbar, the user is unable to scroll down to view all the rows/results for the Library page.
Solution:
There is an existing open defect for this issue:
JS-24603: Library page does not include scrollbar at high resolution
As a workaround, in order for the vertical scrollbar to appear, the "Restore Down" button must be clicked and once scrolled down, the remaining rows are loaded on the page.
This issue is unreproducable when tested on JasperReports Server 6.4.0 even with screen resolution size set to the highest available, 3840x2160.
