After a clean installation of TIBCO JasperReports® Server the superuser is missing from the repository.
Reason
The superuser is only required in a multi-tenant environment.
The fact that it is not present in your repository probably means that you are using the Community Edition. In that context, it is an expected result.
The system-level admin in this case is jasperadmin.
