JasperReports Server - Advanced Chart Editing and New Charts in Ad Hoc. Ad Hoc views now support new chart types, including tree charts for hierarchical data and semi-pie charts for KPIs.
Jaspersoft Studio - Custom Visualization Component. The Custom Visualization Component allows extensibility of Jaspersoft to support any 3rd party visualization from libraries like d3.js. See here for more information about the Custom Visualization Component in 6.2.
JasperReports Server - Master Scheduler and Tenant Replication Features. Organization administrators can export and import organizations or sub organizations, See doc for more detail.
JasperReports Server - New Dashboard Features. Dashboards now support image and text dashlets and streamlined parameter handling. Responsive text and images elements allow sizing text regardless of dashlet size. To enable Dashboard export, configure phantomjs.
JasperReports Server - Top & Bottom Filtering Feature. You can filter the numeric data shown in a crosstab to show only the rows with the top or bottom N values, where N is a number that you specify. For example, you can filter a crosstab to display only the top 10 values in a column.
Jaspersoft Studio - Resizing Features. A new grid layout system in Jaspersoft Studio makes it easier to place elements in containers, such as bands, tables, crosstabs, and frames.
