"Timed out waiting for driver server to start." Error When Exporting a Dashboard

Issue Description

When exporting a dashboard, the export may fail and you will see the following error:

Timed out waiting for driver server to start. 

Driver info: driver.version: PhantomJSDriver

Resolution

This issue indicates that it cannot find the phantomjs folder. Make sure that phantomjs is configured correctly and that you have sufficient permissions on the folder as well as the phantomjs log file.
