I executed iReport.exe but nothing happens. Do I need to install it or something? Or do I need to install Visual J++ to run it? By: Giulio Toffoli - gt78 RE: Perhaps a stupid question..... 2003-01-29 00:43 What Os? Version ? If you have a WinXP, you must download Microsoft JVM, you can find a direct link to the exe on microsoft site on this forum. If you have Win2000 nothing to do If you have WinNT, you must update MS JVM (the same exe for XP is ok) To compile and view reports, you need jdk 1.2 or greater installed. I hope this helps you Giulio By: Leung Wai Chung - wcleung9 RE: Perhaps a stupid question..... 2003-01-29 17:44 I am using WinNT. Then how can I get the MS JVM? I heard that microsoft is no longer providing it on microsoft's homepage.... By: Leung Wai Chung - wcleung9 RE: Perhaps a stupid question..... 2003-01-29 18:24 More details: I am using WinNT4.0, service pack 6. The iReport version I downloaded is 0.0.7, with 0.0.7p2 patched By: Giulio Toffoli - gt78 RE: Perhaps a stupid question..... 2003-01-30 01:15 Microsoft don't support java already from a lot of time and say a lot of things...... You must download this file, and install it. http://download.microsoft.com/download/javasdk/Install/3805/WIN98MeXP/EN-US/msjavx86.exe Good look Giulio By: Leung Wai Chung - wcleung9 RE: Perhaps a stupid question..... 2003-01-30 02:01 I tried this link, but seems it's been removed....
