How to make JRViewer display chinese text

hi,

 

i have some chinese characters in my report.

 

i have already specified PDF font as STSong-Light and PDF Encoding as UniGB-UCS2-H(Chinese Simplified).

 

when i run my swing application with JRViewer, i am able to generate the report.

 

However, chinese characters are not displayed correct instead some square boxes are rendered.

 

This seems to be that JRViewer is running on JVM and the fonts are not existing.

 

This there any fix for this issue.

 

We would be grateful for any comments given.
