Random missing values on HTML report

The detail lines on my report often have invisible values . . .

 

AAAAAAAAA 3

BBBBBBBBBB

CCCCCCCCC 13

 

Total: 20

 

However, the totals are always correct for what should be there (BBBBB does equal 4). Sometimes the first column has a missing value! I have played with the layout with JasperAssistant but to no avail. The report summarizes several hundred thousand rows in table.

I'm new to Jasper and can't be certain I can help but I suggest you look at the sizes you are giving to each of the items in the details. For example the value BBBBBBBB is so long it is probably overlapping the value in the next column. So allow for the first column to be wider and position the following column accordingly. Just a thought.
