Problem with JR 0.5.3 and IReport 0.3.2

I make a report with IReport 0.3.2 (with subreports) it works fine with jdeveloper but when i use xp and ias 10g i dont know what happens. by using debug i got a error in this line

JasperManager.printReportToPdfFile(jasperPrint, propiedades.getDirectorioTemporalPDF() + PDFFileName);
