Problem to run on UNIX/LINUX (URGENT)

Hie Friends,


I am facing one problem regarding "jasper.reports.compile.class.path". I setted that path to use Java class object in JRXML file and it works fine in Windows based system. But it giving an error on Linux/Solaris based system. Please help me in this regards.


I setted headless flag but still my problem is not solved.


Please help me i really stuck up in work at this position.

You said u set the headless flag, did you make sure that it's actually being passed into the jvm? Did you fork a new process when you use ant compile?


If you fork a new process, which is needed to pass in various parameters, that jvm is different from your running jvm, and is also different from the jasper's internal jvm.


Besides, your java run time, may not be your jdk that you use to compile the jasper report, even if you compile normal program, and that makes a different.


So make sure you set the flag/classpath and pass it to the correct jdk, not jre.
