I was trying out the subreports sample, and noticed that there's some cases where a header is at a page break, but the data is on the next page. In my project we want to make sure that section headers do not appear dangling by themselves like that at the bottom of a page.

 

For example, we'd like to say, if there is not room for at least three rows on a page, do a page break and start the header on the next page. If there are three or more rows that can fit, then it would be ok to start the table on one page, and continue on the next. Basically we're looking for the ability to force a page break if there is not enough room left to display a particular amount of data on a page.

 

Is that possible?

Use the minHeightToStartNewPage attribute.
