Problem Subreport and DataSource

Hi... this is my problem:

 

in my report there are 3 subreports that need the same DataSource.

I generate report with JasperFillManager and if i do with connection and dataSource pass with parameter, the dataSource appears void for subrecord and this is the first problem

If i generate report with dataSource the master-report "erase" the first record for the sub-record, and the first sub-record erase all record of data Source, and this is the second problem.

I would that all sub-report have all record to work.

Some-one can help me?
