How to use printWhenExpression in bands...

Good day everyone. Does anyone here know how to use the printWhenExpression attribute on bands? Im making a report which has multiple pages. and i want certain condition on my bands. for example, i only want the pageHeader to be shown on a specific page number.

 

here's a sample of my expression

 

$V{PAGE_NUMBER} > 1

Hi,

 

your expression must return a Boolean (Object) and not a boolean (Primitive) .

 

so try

 

Boolean.valueOf($V{PAGE_NUMBER} > 1)
