Reduce Memory Usage?

Is there a certain Jasper class that outputs directly to a file. I have used a few including JasperManager.fillReportToFile but is seems all of them are in memory before being outputted?

 

I am creating a very simple CSV file, basically a direct dump of a table with a record count of ~750000 (20+ fields).

If your file is so simple (graphically I mean), why do't you directly use the poi-hssf to make it ? You will skip the *.jrprint.
