Exporting to HTML as stream

Is there a way to export the report in HTML format as a stream vs. a file? We will not have any images in our reports. If we do, they will reference images elsewhere.

 

We dont have any charts right now. Not sure what the implications of this are for charts.

Following the link, I found

jasperreports-1.1.1demosampleswebappWEB-INFclassesservletsHtmlServlet shows how to do this. I had to put my images in a directory that needs to be set using the IMAGES_URI parameter.
