Fix height subreport?

I have a report with 3 pages that are different layout. I make 3 subreports, and a main report which dynamic load the subreport in detail section.

I query a dummy table with 3 rows, such that the main report will start new pages when group change.

 

Every subreport is one-page-fit when I use them individually. But when I include them in the main page. The column section and page footer section float up, and left many space at the end of every page.

 

I want to know can I set the height of subreport, and the subreport will span across one page?

make sure the margins for the subreport are zero
