Error generating PDF report using Times New Roman font.

Hello everyone, I've been facing some issues recently. We've always used the Times New Roman font in our reports, but about a week ago, we started experiencing some formatting problems or, sometimes, the data simply doesn't appear. When changing the font to SansSerif, the issue is resolved. We use a jar file, DynamicJasper-core-fonts.jar, to incorporate the Times New Roman font into the reports, and it has always worked well. Can anyone help me? Could it be a problem with version 8.2.0 of the server or with the report itself? I ask because we have a book that uses the same font and doesn't have any formatting issues.
