REPORT COUNT Duplicate

I create main report and sub report, within sub report details band is there. When detail bands return the more rows . After the detail band I created total band that is for sum of the field value. 
Example : total records 40 for each row count I used REPORT_COUNT variable 

when page breaking 

in 1st page 1 to 20 rows coming 

in 2nd page 20 to 40rows coming 

where 20th row was duplicating

here 20th row already came in bottom of 1st page then why again it’s came top of 2nd page 

due to this 

total field value was showing different ( for 41rows it’s taking (20th duplicate))

 

how to fix to get 

1 to 20 one page 

21 to 40 next page like this

To restrict duplication of the report count we need to disable the “Detail Overflows” check box,

 

by using above condition we can do same for where we don’t want to duplicate reports/fields
