relative path of a subreport in servlet

relative path of a subreport in servlet

I have a master report with a subreport which should be invoked thru a servlet:

the question is:

in order for the master to reference the subreport I have to tell it the path but the path is relative to the webapp, how would I solve it without having to hardcode the path of the subreport?

I have found the solution in a previous post on the list by using a parmeter as a path
