Error when login with JaspersoftStudio 6.21.0 behind a proxy

Hi,

When I try to login using my account with JasperStudio 6.21, I get the error that flollow.

I work on windows 10 behind a proxy.

How can I specify the proxy in Jaspersoft Sudio.ini or by another way (the proxy will resolve the community.jaspersoft.com host).

This issue is usually caused by the proxy server. I would suggest increasing the timeout and you may need to check with your network team about any network settings that may be contributing to this issue.

Let us know if the increase of the timeout already solved your Problem. If not please contact your network team.
