Summary band split but no page footer printed

Hi,

 

could anobody point me to the right solution for the following problem?

 

I have a summary band, which splits at the end of the last page depending on the amount of details previously printed. The result is a new page without header and footer but containing the few lines which did not fit into the 'last page'.

 

Is it somehow possible to let jasper print the header and footer in such case?
