Why does jasper soft generate a lot of extra space when I have a sub report?

Hello everybody,

I have a main report with 6 sub reports and some text fields. Any sub report also has 1 or 3 text fields.
The problem is when I print a pdf of my report, it creates a lot of extra space(which you can see in attached image) in bottom of sub report and  any rectangle near it with same settings.
My settings are like :
_ For text fields in sub reports and for any rectangle which contains a sub report and for any rectangle in left and right of sub report I selected :
Position type : "float" , and Stretch type : "container Height".
_ I also deleted any extra space in my sub reports and band of sub report has 11 Height.
Pease give me some solutions to delete this extra space.

Need to check how the 6 subreport are placed. If possible please share the jrxml to analyse the issue.

Yes sure. You can see some of them in these attached pictures. The rest of them are the same.

Hi , Please can you try removing Stretch type : "container Height" or "elementGroupHeight" for subreport's report element.
