print on preprint report - any solution?

I use jasperreport to generate PDF.

And the PDF will print on a pre-printed paper.

 

However, Acrobat 6.0 change the location automatically, thus everything fail.

 

Would you please suggest some solution on it?

What do you mean by "change the location automatically"?
