Error downloading Eclipse-Plugin ..Unable to read repository at...

I am trying to install Jaspersoft Studio 6.19.0 from Eclipse(V. 4.20) marketplace but keeps getting below error

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at https://jaspersoft.github.io/jaspersoftstudio/eclipse-plugin/updates/6.19.0/plugins/net.sf.jasperreports.doc_6.19.0.final.jar.
Read timed out

I also tried downloading the plugin zip from jaspersoft website and import it using 'install new software' in Eclipse but getting same error for it also.

When I try accessing the repository mentioned in the error I am getting HTTP 404 in browser.

Pls suggest. Thanks for any help.
