Why the getRealPath() return null ?

Hi, fork :

I use JBoss(embedd Tomcat) as container,

and I code some jsp files package to war file ,

a jsp file like below :

 

<%=application.getRealPath("/")%>

 

but the result is null , How can I do ? TIA
