I CANNOT INSTALL JasperReport Server 7.8

Hello everyone,

I tried to install JasperReport Server 7.8 on my windows 10 machine, but it failed with the error message (please see the attachment below). I've already read several threads about the same issue but have not seen any solution. Can someone help me here and share your ideas? Thanks a lot!
