Need to change week start to sunday in calendar datepicker jasperserver 7.2.0

I tried chnging the datepicker files under path "/jasperq/jasperserver/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver/scripts/runtime_dependencies/jquery-ui/ui/i18n" and "/jasperq/jasperserver/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver/optimized-cripts/runtime_dependencies/jquery-ui/ui/i18n" to take firstDay = 0 instead of 1. But same is not geeting reflected. We did the same change in jasperserver 6.4.0 and it worked at that time. The only difference in  is there is no 'bower_components' folder present under scripts and seems to be replaced with folder name 'runtime_dependencies' now.
