How to cause labelExpression to print

I'm just starting out with JR, and have what I hope is a quick question: how do I cause the labelExpression on a stackedBar3DChart to print when the bar chart value causes the bar to be smaller than the area required to print the label?

 

What I would expect would be that the bar label would print outside of the bar.

 

Instead, no label is printed at all.

 

Is there a way to control this behavior?

Hi,

 

I think this is something that could be answered faster

on the JFreeChart forums. We are not doing anything

special to handle such situations in JasperReports.

We completely rely on JFreeChart to render the graphic.
