Jaspersoft 6.4.2 Studio - Height and Width adjustment issue

Hi,

When I try to reduce or increase the size of the Cell, it shows the red highlighted with error "resize or movement operations are not allowed by container layout". I changed the Layout from Vertical to Free in both at table level and also at Report level

I followed the steps explained in this url
