JasperReports connecting to DynamoDB

Hi,

I want to generate some reports from a small amount of data (less than 1000 rows at this point, this increments weekly) that I currently have in DynamoDB, so far I have been unable to find a suitable way to connect directly to DynamoDB. I know I have some options;

- I could set up Redshift and transfer the data in and connect directly to that, but for the amount of data I have its just not cost effective.

- I could set up a SQL database and pull the data into a SQL database and query that from Reports.

- I could buy the only third party component I found, which is around $999 which, again, isn't cost effective.

 

Is there a way to connect Reports directly to a DynamoDB table? Anyone got a link or reference I could use? I have been Googling for a couple of hours and not really getting anywhere. My current set up is Jasper Reports running on a EC2 Instance (provided by Bitnumai btw).
