Good day to all,

 

I'm trying to create a report just like this one:

_______________________________________

|____________| product 1 | product 2 | product 3

technology 1 | used | created | used |

technology 2 | created | created 3 | created 4|

----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------

revenue 1 | 1000 | 200000 | 300000 |

revenue 2 | 20000 | 23434 | 30000 |

---------------------------------------------------------------------

 

product(n) should intersect with technology(n) same goes with revenue(n) and product(n), i was trying to create the report using table model but i can only display all technology(n).

 

is there a way that i can display horizontal report (with the format above) using Table Model?

 

I hope someone could help me on this one. I've been doing this for 3 days now and i can't seem to do it.

 

And help would be highly appreciated.

What you probably need is the crosstab functionality which will be available soon in JasperReports.

Crosstabs are now available in JR 1.1.0.
